When you request a quote from us, the process is exactly the same every time

Step 1

Quote Request / Enquiry Received

When we receive a request for a quote you will be passed over to our contracts team who will look after you until project delivery.

Step 2

Team Allocated To Compile Your Quote

You will be allocated to a dedicated Project Manager & Contracts Administrator to handle the quoting process.

Step 3

Site Visit & Quote Dates Arranged

The team members allocated to your project will be in touch to arrange two dates:
1. a date for us to visit your site, and,
2. the anticipated date you will receive your quote back.
Step 4

Site Survey

On the agreed date and time your allocated Project Manager (and relevant specialists) will meet you at your facility to discuss your requirements.

Step 5

Quote Compiled & Shared

Using the detailed assessment of your site and requirements we will compile a through and detailed quote which we will share with you ahead of our pre-communicated quote date. Should we require more time to process your quote we will keep you informed as to when this will be received.

Quote Confirmed

Once you are happy with have included everything in our quote, we can exchange contracts and get the project underway.

Step 6

Project Milestones Defined

Should our quote be successful, we will then begin to build out detailed project milestones used to keep our progress on schedule.

Step 7

RAMs Labour & Materials Arranged

Ahead of our project start date we will conduct a thorough risk assessment and order any materials required for the job and arrange labour as required.

Step 8

Pre-Start Meeting

Before beginning work, all relevant Fireact team members will hold an internal Pre-Start Meeting to ensure all labour, materials, and milestones are clearly defined and accounted for. This will be followed by a client pre-start to finalise and agree the programme of works.

Project Start

With all of the project timelines agreed, materials arranged, and team allocated we can get your project underway.

Step 9

Regular Checkpoint Reports

Throughout the project our team will hold regular internal progress meetings to ensure everything is running on schedule in line with our project milestones, we will also provide you with regular checkpoint reports at pre-defined points along the project. Should we encounter any difficulties this allows us to proactively resolve them whilst keeping you updated throughout. You will also be enrolled on the Bolster system so your internal team can monitor and report defects to fire doors or compartmentation. 

Step 10

Project Handover

Once the project has been completed we will arrange a project handover meeting with you and our project manager to review and sign off works. A minor snags report will be compiled and agreed with a date for completion allocated as a priority. All material data sheets and O&M’s will be submitted with a final invoice and a guarantee for completed works. A point of contact will also be provided for any after care requirements. and issue certification for your fire stopping assets.
